I am very grateful for several things I’m getting out of this group program. A lot of the foods we talk about and mindfulness of our meals/food choices are how I have lived most of my life…this has helped me get re-centered. Additionally, it is bringing me back to the easy healthy hacks!! I started last week, and every night I put together this little fruit/vegetable snack. My kids love fruits and vegetables and devour it, even when eating pizza!! I’ve been picking everything up at Aldi, it is two minutes from my house and everything is organic. Thank you, Melissa!

I got a lot out of the Vim and Vigor program. Having a small community of women on the calls was fun and Melissa made us feel safe and comfortable to share whatever was going on. She was so non-judgmental of my less-than great diet! The tools I learned to use around food have made a positive difference in my eating habits. Probably the most valuable part of the program was the mindset shift Melissa walked me through. I was able to understand my own emotional eating in a new way and the many lessons learned will be useful to me now and in the future.
Thank you, Melissa! I have enjoyed your coaching and learned so much! I have been using the deep breathing exercises we learned together and it has worked so well for me before meals. I was even able to use these exercises to pass up a piece of birthday cake without a problem!
